The most important shift in my work over these 7 years at The Ronald Group, LLC hasn’t been the questions or the framework.

It’s been where the work LIVES!

I spend less time asking leaders to be resilient and more time helping them DESIGN environments where resilience is possible.

This means:
1. Shaping leadership practices for recovery, not just productivity
2. Shifting cultures from relying on quiet sacrifice
4. Designing systems that hold people through change instead of pushing them to the limit

The questions still matter.
The framework gives them balance.

This is the foundation of the Resilient Leadership Blueprint. A way of working with leaders, teams, and organizations in real time.

Loss has a way of clarifying what matters. Leadership isn’t performing strength during hard seasons. It’s practicing integrity when capacity shrinks.

Leadership through loss looks different than I expected. It’s not proving resilience by never breaking stride. It’s being resilient by naming what is true, protecting what is essential, and trusting that what I need will show up at the appropriate time.

If you’re leading through a difficult time, I’m right there with you. Be gentle with yourself and take however long you need to bounce forward.
