Congratulations to Pavel Escobedo Garcia who will be serving as the new Principal at E.P Foster Elementary School beginning July 1, 2021. Pavel Escobedo Garcia has been serving as the Assistant Principal of Anacapa Middle School since July 2017. He is also studying for his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at California Lutheran University.
