If you are the one who “always handles it,” this is for you 🔥💖

Burnout usually happens when it doesn’t look like burnout—it looks like “super-functioning” from the outside.

Other people say, “How do they do it?! They have all this energy! They are, like, unstoppable. They are always on it…”

Pittas handle pressure really well. Until they don’t. And then they get cranky, overly critical, and their tongue gets sharper (which can cut people on accident).

They feel good when they transform and achieve things. It’s in their fiery nature to do that. However, all that fire…I mean, it’s right in the word—they can burn out.

Pittas will not admit it, they will not ask for help, they will not stop… until they hit their breaking point. And when fiery leaders hit their breaking point, that’s no good for anyone.

So, Pittas—you are likely responsible for big things. You can’t afford to burn out. So if you are feeling that way, I have help. It’s the same stuff I used when I burned out.

🌬️ If your mind feels like it’s moving faster than your life… 😅
This is for you.

In Ayurveda, this is Vata in excess—too much movement, too much thinking, not enough grounding.

So the answer isn’t to “figure it all out.”

It’s to slow it down.

To remind your body, first BREATHE and say to yoursef:
👉 I am safe
👉 I don’t have to rush
👉 Doing one thing at a time is enough

When you use the breath, your body slows down, and your mind follows.

And suddenly… everything feels more manageable.

If you don’t know your dosha yet, that’s where to start.
It changes everything.

Vatas, I'm sending you a hug 🤗

In Ayurveda, the mind is the driver. If your mind is telling you limiting, worried, or otherwise unhelpful messages, the whole body feels it. This can lead to anxiety, racing thoughts, panic, etc. which stalls our progress. This simple self talk practice helps you pause, observe your thoughts, and choose ones that actually move you forward. Instead of letting every thought loop in your mind and possibly limit you, you learn to guide your actions with positive intention. A powerful tool for busy women who want more calm, clarity, and control without adding more to their plate. 🧘‍♀️💖

When your nervous system is overloaded, even small things can feel like too much, and your reactions start to feel bigger than the moment.

In Ayurveda, these emotional spikes show up differently depending on the dosha. Vata can feel scattered and anxious, Pitta can move quickly into frustration or anger, and Kapha can feel heavy, stuck, or shut down.

In this video, I walk through how to handle emotional triggers in a way that feels more steady and a little more detached, so you’re not constantly at the mercy of how other people are behaving.

Eating a big dinner might feel normal… but according to Ayurveda, it’s one of the biggest reasons you wake up feeling heavy, tired, and off.

Your digestive fire (agni) is strongest around midday and starts to wind down at night. When you skip meals during the day and eat your biggest meal at dinner, your body can’t properly digest it — which impacts your energy, sleep, and how you feel the next day.

This is why timing matters just as much as what you eat.

What if your energy, focus, digestion, and sleep were all connected to the time of day? In Ayurveda, the day moves through cycles of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, each influencing how your body and mind function.

This Ayurvedic daily routine chart shows the best times to wake, exercise, work, eat your biggest meal, relax, and sleep according to natural rhythms.

When you align your schedule with these dosha cycles, productivity improves and digestion, sleep, and mental clarity naturally follow.

Simple Ayurveda habits that can completely change how you feel.

You’re not doing it wrong — you might just be doing things at the wrong time. Ayurveda teaches us that when you do things matters just as much as what you do.

Wake up earlier.
Go to bed earlier.
Eat your biggest meal at lunch.

I know you’re busy. You need to eat lunch.

I know you’ve gamed your schedule, fitting things in wherever you can, doing your best to get it all done. But skipping lunch (or barely eating) is one of the biggest reasons your energy crashes later.

In Ayurveda, your digestive fire is strongest around noon. That’s when your body is actually ready to process a real meal and turn it into energy you can use.

When you eat your biggest meal then, your whole afternoon works better.

When you don’t… you feel it.

Sometimes when you feel like you're doing all the right things—eating well, trying to stay on top of your routine—you still feel off! And your body just doesn’t feel like it’s working with you.

In Ayurveda, this may have to do with the doshas. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha each influence how you think, feel, and move through your day. When they’re out of balance, even good habits won't work the way they should.

Instead of pushing harder or trying to follow someone else’s routine, begin to understand what your body actually needs—and how to support it in a way that feels sustainable.

Calling all Kapha Doshas on the Ayurvedic journey 🌿
If you’ve been feeling a little heavy, slow, or stuck lately… you’re not alone. Kapha season (late winter into early spring) tends to bring that energy up even more.

This is your reminder: it’s time to move. 🙌

🌿 Kapha thrives on movement and stimulation. A brisk walk, a dance session, or a slightly more energizing workout can shift everything. You don’t need intensity—you just need momentum.

Movement builds heat and strengthens agni (your digestive fire), helping to clear out that sluggish, stagnant feeling that can build up over winter.

Keep it light, keep it fresh. Open the windows, get outside, change your routine a little. Even small shifts can lift your energy in a big way.

Kapha friends, you don’t need more rest—you need a little spark. 🔥
