Celebrating 100 days of school!🥳
Our West Ridge teachers showed up to the 100th day of school looking about 100 years wiser! 👵🏻
The outfits were funny but the reason we celebrate is real.
We are so thankful for the teachers who keep showing up for our kids every single day 💙
100 days in and they are still giving their all 💯📚

Oh, hatty day! Today was filled with so much fun and creativity as everyone showcased their amazing hats. We saw tall hats, short hats, glittery hats, and even hats with adorable ears—so many fabulous styles!
Hats off to Mrs. Gonzales’s 1st Grade Class and Ms. Brittany’s PreK AM/PM class for having the most participation! Our wonderful counselor, Ms. Melissa, delighted the winning classes by reading “Benny Ball Caps” and handing out candy to all the students.
Tomorrow’s spirit day theme is to dress up as your “dream” job! We look forward to seeing what everyone aspires to be.

Our annual 5th Grade Art Show was spectacular! The creativity and talent on display were simply outstanding. A huge shoutout to Ms. Ratzlaff, our amazing art teacher, for inspiring the 5th graders to take the lead on this event and really make it shine!

Hello, West Ridge Families! 🎉 Wowza! Yesterday's spirit day was off the charts! The halls were filled with stripes and zany socks. What an awesome sight! After a nail-biting contest, Mrs. McClanahan’s second-grade class took home the golden ticket for highest participation! 🎈📚 As a treat, Mrs. Conn will be reading the super fun “A Bad Case of the Stripes,” and guess what? She’ll be dishing out candy too! 🍭 What a sweet bonus!
But wait, there’s more! Today's spirit day theme is all about hats! 🎩🧢 “Hats Off to Reading!” is the name of the game, so put on your wackiest, wildest, or most creative hat to celebrate our love for books! We can’t wait to see whose class will snag the top spot!

Happy Tuesday, West Ridge Families! 🎉
Today kicked off our Read Across America Spirit Week, and let me tell you, it was a rainbow of fun! 🌈 A big shoutout to Mrs. Hansen's and Mrs. Flores' 4th-grade classes for their spectacular participation—those bright colors lit up the school! 🌟
Both classes earned some sweet treats (yum, candy!) and got a special story time visit from our amazing campus security superstar, Cassie Jones. 📚💖
But the fun doesn’t stop here! Tomorrow is Silly Socks and Striped Day—can't wait to see the crazy combos you all come up with! 🧦🦓 Which class will take the crown next?
