My Purpose:

Knowing yourself and what you want in life. Love yourself and tell others the same. We can all do great things, big or small. Dig deep, find that inner you. We all have it, it just takes patients. Find something or someone you love and give that love a chance to take you places you’ve never been. There is greatness in us all and I promise, if you find it, it will keep you on the right

path to do great things. For me, I take it one step at a time. If I’m putting one foot in front of the other then that means I still have purpose and meaning to fulfill in my life’s journey. Not every alcoholic or drug addict needs to run 100+ miles a week to stay sober but there is something in each of us that will unlock our own sobriety. I am doing this because it is my way of staying away from the temptations of alcohol. Running these miles everyday is not a substitute for sobriety, it is a lifestyle for me. Running has changed my life and helped me become a better man. Everyone of us has it in us to become better and do more. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for help.
