Sometimes loss has a way of teaching us what life rushes past too fast to show.
It reminds us to slow down, to breathe deeply, to notice the small, beautiful things—like the scent of a rose or the warmth of the sun on your face. 🌹☀️
Take care of yourself. Rest when you need. Love while you can. And don’t forget to pause… even just for a moment… to truly be here. 💫

Watching our son graduate 🎓 is more than a proud moment — it’s a reminder of the legacy we build with love, sacrifice, and intention.
Grateful for the generations that paved the way 🙏🏽, and even more grateful to witness the next one rise 🌟. This is what legacy looks like. 💙✨

Did you know that bamboo takes up to 5 years just to break through the soil? 🌱
For years, nothing is visible. But beneath the surface, it’s developing strong roots—preparing for explosive growth.
Once it breaks through, it can grow over 90 feet in just a few weeks. 🎋
Faith works the same way. ✝️
God may be building something in you right now that no one else can see—not even you. Don’t lose hope in the waiting. Just because you don’t see progress doesn’t mean there isn’t growth. ⏳
Trust the process. Stay rooted in faith. Your season of breakthrough is coming. 🌿✨

More doesn’t always mean better. 🆗
You can make 50 posts, receive 20 awards, or attend 10 speaking engagements — and still not create true impact.
It’s not about how much you do — it’s about how well you do it and how you feel once it’s done.
Focus on meaningful actions, not just many actions.

Yesterday was rough. But today, I’m grateful for water, clear skin and a 3 day weekend. 🤗
Nothing and no one can prepare you for the impact of grief. It rears its head at any moment and can completely take you out.
But each day I grieve, I also learn new ways to heal and care for myself.
And for that, I’m grateful. ☺️

Take care of your inner voice because she is telling your story.
Caring for your inner voice requires that you surround yourself with the people, the ideas, and the voices that feed your spirit. Ever wonder why you can be around some thing or situation and feel uneasy? It’s because it’s in direct conflict with your inner spirit, which feeds your inner voice. And the more you force yourself to be in that space, the more you realize that you will acquiesce to that and ultimately become that. So don’t waste your time with people or in spaces that don’t support the voice that you want speaking back to you.
