Whats on my mind, morning dip.
Whats on my mind today is Recovery. Recovery is as important as exercise if not more so. Proper rest, nutrition and hydration. will help your body repair it self and be ready for next bout with exercise or adventure.
Whats on my mind today, is no matter how busy your schedule is, make time for your physical and mental health. Set aside at least 15 to 20 minutes once or twice a day for exercise, stretching and meditation. A little quite time with no phone can go a long way to providing a little mental clarity. These things are nothing new and you can find a million post and videos on social media. My point is now make it happen. Set goals and track your progress.

Just added this gravel bike into stable. Time to get back into the saddle and start training for a race.

There is always a better version of you, get off the couch and MOVE!!!!! Walk 2 miles a day, walk 10 to 20 minutes a day. DO SOMETHING. That's a start. If you need a program I can Help.
