Hello Friends! We are selling our cute little home in Dunham Marsh. We started our family here and made great memories, but it’s time to move over for new owners and new memories 🥰🏡
Please share if you or anyone you know might be interested. We’d all appreciate it ❤️

Doggone Holidays got me all ‘feeling like I can actually craft and make gifts’🎄🥰
What is it about the Holidays that makes me want to make stuff for folks? Anyone else like that?
And why do I never make the same gifts from year to year? I don’t think I’ve ever done the same one twice. I like to keep them guessing. Keeps life exciting… I am also very fickle and often succumb to the whim and whimsey of the moment. Then I’m in too deep and having too much fun and here we are.
This years gift boxes have Pinecone fire starters, hot cocoa spoons, nuts, granola and chocolate. Nothing too complicates just a little box of joy 🥰
Apparently I also ramble 🤷🏻♀️
Merry Christmas folks!
Not mad about this sourdough discard creation!

These kiddos sure know how to keep me on my toes 🏔️ ❤️
It was funny, we were hiking in the mountains and the paths diverged at a wooded area on the mountain, but we were pretty sure they linked back up again. So I went one way and all of the kids went the other way. Popped out of the trees and looked to my left about midway across the pass and there they were. They weren’t freaking out, they weren’t goofing off, they weren’t making bad/dumb choices. They hadn’t noticed me yet and they were completely comfortable chilling together; suspended on a rickety bridge on a mountain pass who-knows-how high up. It was just a really neat moment and I was kind of proud of them in a weird way and snapped the photo ❤️
That’s all. Hope y’all are having a great *and adventurous* summer!

Reminiscing over what a great weekend it was and reflecting on why. I’m grateful I’m an “it’s the little things” type person ❤️
1. Quint umping with his dad. What a joy to watch the subtle, yet effective development that happened on this field; the effects of which I’m sure will last a lifetime. Backstory- Quint really wanted to ump, which, as you can imagine, opens yourself up to a lot of potential yelling and criticism. So Will, despite his busy schedule, gave up even more of his weekend time to ump with him; to support, teach, provide a good example and, if needed, defend him. A lot of goodness in this moment.
2. Timmy getting a dinger at bat with his dad umping behind him and his brother calling him safe at first was just a 💯 kind of moment I can’t really describe.
3. This weekend Quint played some of his best tennis I have ever seen. They lost in the tie breaker, but his opponents were 3 years older and he just played great. He and I both felt it, and with it, felt a bit of a change that I am cautiously optimistic will be a really cool one to watch develop.
4. Timmy made his pitching debut in a really kind, supportive environment that was really awesome to be a part of.
5. Duck Donuts after a game. ‘Nuff said
6-7. Watching this fierceness develop in Lily when she plays soccer is a really incredible thing to behold. She transforms into a (surprisingly fast and agile) competitor and it just makes me swell with pride and happiness.
8. I made my Blackstone grill master debut at one of our Double Headers and cooked burgers and dogs for the hungry team. Grateful to be a part of an environment I feel comfortable doing that in, and around folks that appreciates the effort ❤️⚾️🎾🍩
I don’t think moments like these come without a lot of effort, trials and tribulations, but it’s nice to pause and appreciate the goodness that comes out of all that.

More good times with my people; Williamsburg/Busch Gardens edition.
1. All you need is a good hat, a jean jacket and a musket
2,3. Exploring and shenaniganry
4. Cheeeeeeese 🐴 😄
5. At the top of this roller coaster, I screamed, “no! Nononononononono! About 35x in rapid succession and Lily grabbed my hand and said, “it’ll be ok mom!”
In my defense, rollercoasters are not my thing and I was riding this for the kids… but talk about a humbling role reversal 🤣❤️🥹
6. Only spent $80 to learn how impossible it is to win fair prizes… and left even more determined. Awesome. So nothing learned. We’ll probably do it again 😎
7. These swings were scarier than I thought they’d be!
Overall great success ❤️

Happy Easter. He is Risen!
Also of note here: Quint has perfected his, “I’m only smiling because mom made me” smile, Timmy would like you to notice how nicely his Ole Miss football is displayed front right and center and Lily has started dressing me so we match and I look acceptable in public 🤣❤️🐰

It’s fun to celebrate your accomplishments, Boo… even though the whole center-of-attention thing isn’t really your vibe. Thanks for letting us do it with you ❤️
Cheers to me for not dropping oak leaf clusters, losing the dammits or pinning the LTC rank on wrong… oh, wait 🤔.
