I will be teaching Chair Yoga at the Temple Public Library tomorrow! Starts at 10am on the 3rd floor in the McLane Room. It is a class for everyone, 18+, using the chair, wheelchair, or other mobility devices to aid you in your yoga practice. Whether you are recovering from an injury or wanting to try yoga for the first time, this class is for you.
Join us Thursday, September 1st at 10am for Chair Yoga! Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga. It is accessible to everyone, in all bodies. It centers around using a chair, wheelchair, or other mobility device to bring a practice to both your mind and body. Chairs are provided.

📣 NEW Class at Harker Heights Rec Center! 📣
Check out our new Adaptive Chair Yoga which meets on Mondays starting June 13 from 10 am – 11 am at the Rec Center. Adaptive Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga and centers around using a chair, wheelchair, or other mobility device to bring the practice to you. The class is accessible to everyone, in all bodies ages 18 and older. Adaptive Chair Yoga helps to promote accessible practices to your mind and body. There is a maximum of 10 participants per class and the fee is $12 for 18-54 yrs. old or $10 for 55+ Seniors per class.
