🚨Meeting Alert!🚨 Check out our 6pm meeting on Thursday to hear from Anthony Green, Agent Trainee at William Morris Endeavor!
Wanting to make the most of his Sun Devil experience, Anthony Green created a very unique journey for himself at ASU. While in school, he found himself in many leadership roles on campus, which included being a former W.P. Carey Leaders Academy APPLE, a residential assistant, and a former E-Board member for AKPSI. However, what probably became the most important role he held was being the former Live Entertainment Director and Concert Coordinator for the Programming and Activities Board, which highlights include having the first ever “sold out” Devilpalooza show with Rae Sremmurd and opening the Student Pavilion with Michael Che and Colin Jost for ASU’s own “Weekend Update.” Those roles specifically motivated Green to forge his own path in the live music business space, in which he acquired four different entertainment business internships during his college experience (including one at a major agency in Nashville, TN). Upon his return from Nashville, Green (then a senior) became the talent buyer for Maya Day & Night Club in Scottsdale, where he oversaw the booking and marketing of shows – including performances by Gryffin, Alesso, R3hab and many others.
In May of 2019, Green moved to Nashville full time and joined WME as an agent assistant in the country music department. Having worked directly with seven of WME’s agents over the span of three years, he’s assisted in booking shows of all calibers across the country and has also worked with some of the genre’s most notable artists in the touring space, including Brooks & Dunn, Cole Swindell, and Reba McEntire. In 2022, Green was accepted into the Agent Trainee Program and also serves on Endeavor’s PROUD board, the company’s ERG focusing on internal and external pride related programming and initiatives. Outside the office, Green has his own DJ side project where he holds three different club residencies within Nashville and has also had the opportunity to support several major artists – including Post Malone, Galantis, Todrick Hall, and many more.
Hope to see you there!

🚨Meeting Alert!🚨 Check out our 6pm meeting on Thursday to hear from Gerd Wuestemann, CEO of Scottsdale Performing Arts Center!
Dr. Wuestemann began his tenure as President & CEO of Scottsdale Arts in March 2018. An arts entrepreneur at heart, he brought an immediate focus on innovation and growth to his organization, while executing a financial and cultural turnaround. Scottsdale Arts is today one of the largest arts organizations in the Southwest, comprised of the Center for Performing Arts, Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA), Scottsdale Public Art and Scottsdale Arts Learning & Innovation, Canal Convergence Public Art Fest and Events @ Civic Center.
Dr. Wuestemann worked closely with the City of Scottsdale to include multiple large-scale cultural improvement projects in a bond initiative that passed in 2019. The first project supported by this bond will be completed in Spring of 2023: a full renovation of Scottsdale Civic Center, including the construction of two magnificent outdoor performance venues. During the extremely challenging time of the COVID pandemic, Wuestemann’s leadership allowed Scottsdale Arts to remain fully staffed, largely operational and financially stable.
Dr. Wuestemann currently serves on the boards of Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, Experience Scottsdale, SCOTT, and GCU’s Dean’s advisory committee.
Prior to career-ending accidents in 2005, Wuestemann began his professional life as a classical guitarist at a very young age. He has recorded 12 albums and performed around the world, including debuts at lauded musical centers such as Taiwan National Hall and Alte Oper Frankfurt. After building an academic career as professor of guitar studies at the University of Louisiana, he worked as an entrepreneur, launching two successful companies before starting his career in arts administration.
Hope to see you there!

Ciarra Blackwell is the Owner and Agency Director of Priority Talent Agency. While working in the industry locally, she noticed the lack of representation for people of color in front and behind the camera. Being an Arizona native, she decided to open an inclusive agency that is driven by diversity to provide more opportunities to the talent in her community. She decided not to wait for an opportunity, but instead to create it.
Ciarra and PTA are here to guide talent in the right direction and connect this special group with the best industry leaders in Arizona and other surrounding markets. With many years under her belt as an agent, she is committed to being a catalyst in helping talent reach their goals.
