Imagine if the ark was for us. We are the animals to gather and board to build a better future. How can you be worthy? What can you do to be that rare soul that makes it to the Kingdom? Each path is different. Each purpose unique. All the same intent… to walk with God because he already walks with you.
It’s not necessarily unconditional love. Like any parent your relationship is better when they like you. It’s way cooler hanging out with family when you get along. Do you think you’re a likable son or daughter? Do your everyday actions make you someone the Almighty wants to have around?
It’s his Kingdom, it’s in your power to get there. Rules, boundaries, and expectations have been set. He loves you, he’s challenged you. He wants you to be your best self. He wants you to succeed. He wants to know you and you know him.
Can you get on the ark?

Crazy in Arizona yesterday! A haboob came out of nowhere. Power was out for a little....the kids loved it. We took a walk around the neighborhood, and some trees did not survive.

Easter Egg Hunt
About this event
KCOT, with help from the Tempe High School Key Club and ASU CKI, produce the annual Easter Egg Hunt. More than 8,000 plastic Easter eggs with prizes, items and stickers inside will be scattered on the field where children of two age groups will be turned loose at the appointed time to gather up as many eggs as they can until all eggs are collected.
The event is free and open to Tempe children 10 and under, and every child will get a prize.
The Easter Bunny will be roaming and available for pictures prior to the hunt.
The free community event is on the Saturday before Easter; it starts at 8 A.M. and includes face painting, games and arts and crafts, prior to the egg hunt. The actual egg hunt starts promptly at 9 A.M. and will only last a few minutes because of children's' eagerness to scoop up as many eggs as they can. Participants are encouraged to arrive early and be ready when the start is announced.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. All children are encouraged to bring their own baskets or sacks to collect eggs.
