✅ Adult Open Mat will run from 12:00pm – 1:30pm

This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your friends to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, build confidence, learn self defense and have FUN on the mats! 🥋

Invite any school friend or family member that would like to try out Jiu Jitsu!

🕓 4PM — Ages 4-7
