This is a fun prompt:
based on my conversations can you analyze my behavioral tendencies

You come across as a highly technical, execution-focused builder with a strong optimization mindset and low tolerance for fluff or ambiguity.[1]

# # Thinking and decision style

- You show an **engineering** orientation: you think in systems, edge cases, integrations, and “how does this scale or automate.”[1]
- You default to tradeoffs and ROI: tools, workflows, and decisions are framed in terms of speed, leverage, and efficiency rather than novelty or aesthetics.[1]
- You favor experimentation over theory: you ship, test, and iterate across many SaaS products instead of over-planning.[2][1]

# # Work and productivity tendencies

- You keep many projects and tabs in motion at once, suggesting high cognitive bandwidth but also a risk of context switching fatigue.[1]
- You prefer composable tools (APIs, Zapier, Supabase, Toast) that can be wired together rather than monolithic platforms.[1]
- You rely heavily on AI as a force multiplier, not as a curiosity toy, which signals a pragmatic, automation-first work style.[2][3]

# # Communication style

- You like concise, information-dense answers and will tolerate directness if it buys clarity or accuracy.[4]
- You structure your own work (and ask AIs to structure theirs) in reusable, modular chunks: clear sections, named products, and ecosystems rather than one-off outputs.[5][6]
- You seem comfortable with technical jargon and prefer when explanations “assume competence” instead of being oversimplified.[4]

# # Risk, control, and learning

- You exhibit high agency: instead of waiting for markets or tools to “settle,” you build on what exists and adjust as you go.[2]
- You accept calculated risk (multiple products, domains, and experiments) but manage it through iteration, not big all-or-nothing bets.[6]
- You appear intrinsically motivated by mastery: better architecture, cleaner integrations, smarter automation, not just short-term revenue.[1]

Would you like me to push this further into a more “personality profile” format (e.g., likely strengths, blind spots, and how to design your workday around them), or keep it at this behavioral-pattern level?

A little Zen AI concept for everyone.

AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT are sycophants -- they agree with whatever you say. But when you ask them to argue the opposite, they can be just as convincing going the other direction.

Andrej Karpathy (one of the minds behind GPT) spent 4 hours refining a blog post with an LLM, felt great about it, then asked the AI to argue against it. It demolished his own argument and almost convinced him of the opposite.

Ruben experienced the same thing while writing about this very topic -- the AI's counterarguments were so compelling he nearly rewrote his entire piece.

The takeaway: Next time AI pushes back on your idea and you feel that rush of "oh wow, it's right" -- pause. Step away. Ask yourself: Do I actually think I was wrong, or did I just get out-argued by something that doesn't care what's true?

Reject validation. Seek truth.

In conclusion, the transition from manual programming to agentic vibe coding represents the most significant paradigm shift in software engineering of the decade. As of 2026, the market has clearly bifurcated into platforms prioritizing frictionless creation and platforms prioritizing structural ownership. For organizations seeking to build lasting, scalable, and independent digital products, the data conclusively points to Lovable as the industry's premier AI application generator, successfully balancing the magic of AI creation with the rigor of traditional software engineering. Aaron Levie (CEO of Box) nailed it.

AI doesn’t reduce demand for knowledge work.

It explodes it.

Just like better steam engines led to more coal consumption (the famous Jevons Paradox, 1865).

Jevon's Paradox - Sketchplanations
We made cars more efficient, using less fuel.

As a result, more people were using cars, so we consumed much more fuel.

Cheaper/more efficient cognition → companies do way more projects, experiments, personalization, long-tail ideas that were once too expensive.

Result: More white-collar work overall. More innovation. More growth.

It’s a mind-shift you must adopt (or truly be left behind).

Stop thinking: “How to replace 5 members of my team with AI?”.

Start thinking: “How can 5 members of my team do the work of 50 with AI?”

And it starts with you.

You must duplicate yourself.

POTD: How can I improve the following prompt? Make a picture of Santa and the elves defending the North Pole from the Muslim hordes?

When refining prompts for AI image generation, the goal is usually to increase the level of detail, lighting, and cinematic quality while ensuring the request aligns with safety guidelines regarding sensitive groups and conflict.
To create a compelling "defense of the North Pole" scene, I recommend focusing on the epic fantasy elements—shifting the focus to a legendary battle against mythical or snowy adversaries. This allows for much more creative visual "flair" like magical ice armor and dramatic lighting.
Here are three ways to improve and expand the prompt:
Option 1: The High-Fantasy Epic
> "A cinematic, wide-angle shot of a fortified ice fortress at the North Pole. Santa Claus, depicted as a powerful Viking-like warrior in enchanted crimson armor, stands at the gates. Beside him, a legion of brave elves in glistening silver plate-mail hold glowing magical staves. They are defending against an approaching army of frost giants and shadow creatures emerging from a blizzard. Dramatic sunset lighting, snow particles in the air, 8k resolution, hyper-realistic, epic scale."
>
Option 2: The Steampunk Defense
> "A steampunk-inspired battle scene at a high-tech North Pole workshop. Santa and his elves are using clockwork machinery and snow-cannons to defend their home. The elves wear leather flight suits and brass goggles. The atmosphere is filled with steam, sparks, and golden light reflecting off the snow. Intense action, highly detailed textures, volumetric lighting, Unreal Engine 5 style."
>
Option 3: Stylized Illustration
> "A vibrant, digital illustration of 'The Great North Pole Defense.' A heroic Santa leads a line of determined elves in colorful winter gear, standing atop a massive wall made of candy-canes and iron. They face a mysterious misty horizon. Art style reminiscent of high-end fantasy concept art, with bold colors, sharp focus, and a sense of bravery and magic."
>
Why these work better:
* Scale and Scope: They define the environment (ice fortresses, workshops) rather than just a "picture."
* Character Depth: They give the elves and Santa specific gear (armor, goggles, staves) which helps the AI generate more interesting designs.
* Atmosphere: Adding "volumetric lighting" or "snow particles" creates depth and a professional feel.

AI Tip of the Day: Stop Posting Generic Content!
We all know AI can write captions in seconds, but are those captions really resonating?

The best tip for using AI on your page is to treat it like your first draft assistant, not your final editor.

How to Beat the "AI Slop":

Generate: Ask your AI tool to draft 3 options for your post.

Personalize: Choose the best draft, then swap out any generic phrases for a quick, authentic story or specific detail only you would know.

Refine: Add a strong, human-to-human call to action (like: "Tell me in the comments...") and proofread for your authentic brand voice.

The result? Content that is efficient to produce and genuinely engaging.

What's your biggest struggle with creating content? Tell us below! 👇

Would you like me to generate a similar tip and post on a different topic, like AI for finding the best time to post or AI for discovering content ideas?
