As we start heading into the slower season, we just want to say how much we appreciate every single person who continues showing up and putting in the work. 💪

This week had crews out at the Princess grinding in the Arizona sun, pushing through long days and getting it done the IMT way. ☀️🚛

We’ve still got a few things rolling into the weekend with work out at the Biltmore and Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, and we’re hopeful more calls keep coming in as summer moves forward.

Slow season can always be unpredictable in this industry, but we’re thankful for the crew that continues to stay ready, stay flexible, and handle whatever gets thrown at them.

Appreciate you guys more than you know. Stay hydrated, stay safe, and hopefully let’s keep these phones ringing. 🤘

This weekend’s JLL gig with Maker had EVERYTHING — trucks for days, scenic stacked everywhere, drape changes, walls heavier than everybody remembered them being, and at least 47 moments of “WAIT WAIT WAIT… pivot it the other way.” 😂

The crew spent the weekend pushing cases, moving scenic, carrying walls, rolling cable, sweating through black shirts, surviving off caffeine and bad decisions, and somehow still making the ballroom come together looking CLEAN. From empty room to full-blown show floor with a killer stage, massive LED walls, lighting, scenic, and stage setup… the transformation was wild.

The final result looked absolutely beautiful — meanwhile backstage looked like organized chaos and somebody definitely asked, “where's the damn gaff tape?” at least 15 times. 🤝

Big shoutout to the entire crew for showing up and getting it DONE. Long hours, heavy pushes, sore backs, random missing tools, and all. Y’all crushed it this weekend and made the magic happen. Proud of this rough-around-the-edges family every time. 🖤🚛🎭

FRIDAY CHECK-IN. 🎛️🚛📦

Somehow y’all survived another week of loading docks, mystery cables, disappearing tape rolls, cases with bad wheels, and “quick in-and-out” calls that absolutely were not quick. 😂

But seriously — I appreciate the hell out of this crew. Every pushed case, every semi unload, every deck piece, every sweaty dock grind… y’all keep showing up and making it happen.

The weekend’s not slowing down either — big one coming up at Kierland, and I’m excited to see the crew back together doing what we do best: organized chaos with just enough caffeine and sarcasm to keep it moving. 😎

Thank you to all my guys that continue to bust ass, help each other out, and keep the vibe solid even on the long days. It never goes unnoticed.

Mid-week check in from the land of loading docks, steel toes, and “where does THIS case go?” 😂👏

Last week was BUSY with LINDER, LITTLER, and ASTRA keeping everybody moving nonstop — but the crew showed up and handled business like always. From slinging deck, building LED walls, playing professional Tetris with cases, surviving dock chaos, and loading/unloading trucks until our backs started negotiating with us… y’all powered through and got it DONE. 💪

This industry definitely isn’t glamorous all the time. It’s early mornings, late nights, sweaty shirts, missing gloves, forklift beeping in the distance, and hearing “we’re almost done” at least 7 different times. 😅

But seriously — thank you to every single hand that came out and put in the work last week. Shows don’t happen without the people behind the scenes making the magic happen. We appreciate all of you more than you know.

Now everybody drink some water, stretch your backs, and let’s make it through the rest of the week. 🚛🎭🔥

The big spring shows are starting to slow down a little… but if you know this industry, you know that just means we catch our breath before the next wave hits. 🤘

From loading in at sunrise to striking at midnight… from building stages and hanging lights to running cable and making last-minute miracles happen — you guys are the reason it all works. It’s not always easy, it’s not always pretty, but it’s always worth it.

Another week down and y’all already know… we don’t coast into the weekend, we kick the damn door in.

We’ve got crews out at Hyatt Gainey Ranch and the Kimpton this weekend—so if you’re on those builds, stretch it out, drink some water, and try not to bully the forklift too much 🏗️😂

End of the week energy = tired, sore, slightly unhinged… Running on caffeine, chaos, and pure stubbornness… but still kicking ass.

Let’s finish strong, stack some hours, crack some jokes, and handle business like we always do.

Season’s not over yet… so let’s run it up and leave no doubt.
