Put your hand on a flat surface.🤚 Pretend your hand is a mountain where dinosaurs roam.🏔🦖 Now pretend your index finger on the opposite hand is a dinosaur.☝️🦕 Have the dinosaur go up and back down each finger.🔃 Inhale when your finger goes up.⬆️😌 Exhale when your finger comes back down.⬇️😮‍💨
