What if one membership could help your whole contents team work sharper, smarter, and more consistently? 👏

That’s exactly what ContentzPRO was built to do.

Here’s how it works:

🎓 Your enrollment includes our Contents Packout + DPI virtual training for one registered team member, along with 14 IICRC CE credits and a Certificate of Completion.

👥 Your team can use the company login to access the training and membership resources—even if they don’t have an IICRC number or need individual credits.

📜 If another employee needs their own credits and Certificate of Completion, members can register them individually for just $295 per person, compared with the $995 retail rate.

And the support doesn’t stop with training. Your membership also includes:

✅ Bi-weekly ContentzTIPZ
✅ A growing library of field-ready resources
✅ A private community of contents professionals
✅ 20% off estimate writing and reviews
✅ A curated Amazon resource list

$795 enrollment + $87/month

Swipe through to see how ContentzPRO can support your entire team—and add individual credentials when they’re needed.

A few scenes from the road lately. 🚙

A lot of miles, a lot of different scenery, some work along the way, and Sadie making herself very comfortable with this whole cross-country travel thing.

From the desert to the beach and plenty of highway in between, it’s been a pretty great way to see the country while getting to spend time with clients and friends along the way.

And apparently even the cars are happy to see us. 😂

A little on-the-job training this week. 📦

Barb was working with a team on stabilizing and packing this Talavera Mexican vase for transport.

Pieces like this are exactly why there’s a little more to packing than bubble wrap and a box. It’s fragile, it’s an awkward shape, and you need to make sure it’s supported well enough that it’s not moving around once it leaves the house.

Sometimes it’s just easier to teach with the actual piece sitting in front of you.

Anaheim, that’s a wrap. 📦

Two days of good conversations, shared experiences, plenty of questions, and a whole lot of contents restoration talk.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Profitable Packout Workshop and to The Academy for having us. We always leave these workshops having learned a few things ourselves, and this one was no different.

Thanks for spending a couple of days with us! 💚

Anaheim, we’re ready for you! 👋

We’re kicking off our Profitable Packout Workshop today and getting ready for two days of learning, conversation and plenty of hands-on work.

We’ve got restoration professionals in the room ready to dig into the contents process, share experiences, ask questions and hopefully head home with some new ideas they can actually put to work.

One of our favorite parts of these workshops is that we always end up learning from the people in the room, too.

Let’s get to work. 💪📦

We’ll share some of what we’re up to over the next couple of days!

Your team deserves more than another subscription—they deserve tools, training, and support that make a difference in the field. 🧰📈

A ContentzPRO Membership gives your team access to the Contents Packout and Digital Photo Inventory virtual training, ContentzTIPZ, editable forms, templates, and growing resource library—all through one company login.

✅ Other employees can use your company login to access the training and resources for education and development—even if they don’t have an IICRC number or need individual credits.

✅ If another team member needs their own IICRC credits and Certificate of Completion, your membership discount code allows them to register for just $295 per person, compared with the $995 retail price.

Your membership also includes:

Profitable packouts don’t happen by accident. They happen because your team has the right systems, the right processes, and the confidence to make good decisions in the field.

Join Barb Jackson this September at The Academy of Textiles and Flooring in Anaheim for two days of practical, hands-on training designed specifically for contents restoration professionals.

We’ll cover topics like:
• Building a profitable contents division
• Job planning and inventory systems
• Packing techniques that improve efficiency
• Facility design and workflow
• Smoke damage and pre-estimating
• Team roles, documentation, and more

You’ll also receive customizable forms, training materials, 14 IICRC Continuing Education Credits, and the opportunity to connect with other contents professionals from across the country.

Whether you’re building a contents division from the ground up or looking to improve the one you already have, you’ll leave with ideas you can put to work immediately.
