Hi! I’m Amy. I’m a mom of 2 who’s lived in the Temecula/Murrieta area for over 30 years, and for half of that I’ve been working in Special Education for TVUSD.

5 years ago, I became certified to be a Barton Reading and Spelling tutor. I have taught tens of patients to completion since becoming certified, and my passion for rewiring the brain through reading and spelling only intensifies with each student.

WHAT IS BARTON?
The Barton Reading and Spelling System aims to improve the reading, writing and spelling skills of school-aged children and adults alike who have low literacy levels due to reading difficulties or reading disabilities.

THAT BEING SAID:
Your child does NOT have to be diagnosed a dyslexic to receive tutoring. Anyone is welcome to receive support — and that’s where I come in! Through one-on-one tutoring, we can achieve literary milestones together. DM, call or email for more info.
