I’m working on the website a bit to offer a second language as Japan customers have been very near and dear to my career yet I’m no longer using dealer’s and distributors so just doing my best to reconnect and have been adding clone pages of the site in Japanese.

Tonight!!! In Vegas to catch AC/DC, for those about to rock I salute you! Angus! He and Malcom basically taught a generation or three, how to play rhythm and lead guitar 101 at its finest.

Some of my fondest memories as a young 8/9th grader playing in a band of seniors or older, playing house party’s with a great Bon Scott type singer. We were covering probably a full set of AC/DC in the late 70’s long before “tribute bands” were ever a phrase. I still hear from that band of guys we called CUSS as my first official live performance party band where we played more than one song compared to prior Southgate Michigan talent shows or community events. To me it was heaven!

Our singer Mike passed a few years ago, haven’t found the drummer John (Bonzo) yet…. But our bass player Jimmy and other guitarist Mike still rockin out there.

So a lot of gratitude to AC/DC. Thank you for your service!

It was the year of NAMM 1999 when I spread my wings to fly on my own merit. It’s been an awesome journey and still going. www.BakerBuiltb3.com today. This was the first catalog I created for that NAMM. Looking back I have a lot of stories to tell so thank you to all of you who have been following and new followers too.

While doing my deep reorganization you also run across something you haven’t seen in awhile. This is a very early photo of me and Tom Benedict working out of the Baker garage Riverside CA. Gil Vasquez taking the picture. But the guitar in my right hand is none other than the 1st Baker guitar I built for Ronnie Montrose. Had already built a few Fender Custom Shop models prior.
