Big congratulations to Nora and Charlotte for being the Plank Champions! 🏆💪

Planks are the secret weapon for powerful tumbling. They lock in your tight hollow shape so you don’t arch during handstands and handsprings.

They also transfer power through your core to give you maximum height in your flips, while protecting your joints for safe landings.

Way to crush it, girls! Keep up the amazing work!!

Christmas Parents' Night Out!
