What a wonderful weekend spent with people and critters and community. Thank you to all who came out to Ft. Lauderdale 🩷

I am so grateful to the venue and the producers/staff, judges, and volunteers of the contest this wouldn’t have happened without your hardwork and dedication.

Siren Ravvalp Hargrave; I am beyond proud of you, you have grown so much since I first met you and to see you put yourself back on stage with confidence and strength was amazing. You were phenomenal both in virtual interviews and in person this weekend. I am honored to pass the legacy sash on to you.

Pup Nova LR; I am so extremely proud of you, to see you wear your heart on your sleeve on that stage was powerful and your deep knowledge about attraction was fantastic. You are such a caring human and critter. Congratulations on 1st runner up!

Sir Ducky Michael Gipson I wouldn’t have been able to get through this past year without you. Being your title partner is something I will always hold close. You have one of the biggest hearts and you are always willing to help, your spirit is beautiful. Carrying the sash another year shows so much passion.

Thank you Master Daddy Kali and boy Michael for supporting me as I stepped down as the Florida critter, I love you both so much and I know Nadja and the rest of the Framily was there in spirit! I love all of you with my whole heart.

Doors to the Eagle open at 12pm, we have a gear swap on site, and Springhill Woodworks on site vending!

This year has been a lot for many of us. Anxiety is high, anger and frustration are real.

We, the producing team at Florida Critter and Trainer hope that our weekend is a chance for people to get together, have fun... and let themselves enjoy the moment.

**CONTESTANT SPOTLIGHT**

Pup Nova (Nova LR) is a Midwest-born, demisexual puppy full of heart, humor, and a love of playful kink. As someone who builds connection first, Nova prefers conversation and chemistry before any kind of physical contact. This pup knows the best play starts long before touch.

He proudly shares his puppy side with his partners, Pup Scout and JR, and approaches kink as a space grounded in consent, communication, and chosen family. If you spot a wild Nova during the event, feel free to say hello: no leash required, consent always respected, and tail wags happily negotiated!

**CONTESTANT SPOTLIGHT**

Siren Rävvalp (Siren Ravvalp Hargrave), a Cryptid Fox from Central Florida, has long been a part of the pet, critter, and grander kink scenes. They spend their free time working on music, 3d modeling and design, or laying with their husband and watching too many shows.

Siren has been involved with multiple organizations in the past, Florida Power Exchange, NCF-PAH, Tampa Bay Leather and Kink Social (which they run), and volunteering for many more! With a quiet protectiveness and a knack for non-verbal communication, this cryptid can always be found in the corner of your vision or the shadowy edges of things!

Going to be a great evening! I’ll be there! Will you?

The Florida Critter and Trainer family has lost one of their own.

Pup Pinky was a beacon of light in the community that was so desperately needed. She was a pup who always saw the best in people, and who wanted to make sure that everyone at the event felt seen, valued and valid.

She was the Den Mother to the inaugural class of contestants for our contest, and we will forever hold a place in our hearts for her.

Thank you Pinky, for all you did for the community. We are better for knowing you, and have been changed for good.
