At long last! Despite COVID-19 protocols, our chapter was able to keep active this year! We held our first virtual initiation in March and our newly initiated brothers were able to meet their big brothers in person at the end of the semester.
Our chapter's family tree was also assembled, helping connect "generations" of brothers now and for the future. Happy reading ☺️

Alpha Chi Sigma strongly condemns the increase in violence against people of Asian descent. Our condolences go out to the family and friends of all of the mass shooting victims on March 16, 2021. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, anti-Asian prejudice and rhetoric have led to a significant increase in hate crimes against Asians and Asian Americans throughout the country. We extend our sympathy and support to Alpha Chi Sigma brothers and all members of the Asian community who have experienced anti-Asian harm or who are feeling targeted and fearful.
We know that viruses do not originate from, nor are they spread by, specific racial or ethnic groups. Alpha Chi Sigma brothers must use our knowledge and credentials to strongly refute any misconceptions and xenophobic rhetoric counter to this fact. As an organization founded on the principles of brotherhood, service, and education, Alpha Chi Sigma stands with our brothers to condemn these acts of violence. Diversity makes our Fraternity and our communities stronger, and violence against people of color is a sign of weakness, not strength.
Hate has no place in Alpha Chi Sigma. Alpha Chi Sigma challenges all of our members to listen, support, and aid our Asian brothers by every honorable means to make our Fraternity better.
Yours in the Double Bond,
Alpha Chi Sigma Supreme Council
