Zimmerman Advertising Program at USF

Dunn & Co hosted us on Friday, encouraging our advertising studies by one of Tampa's hottest agencies. ZAP10 freshies!

Advertising students loving London. Three weeks later, they are rooting for England in the Euros final on Sunday, drinking tea like old pros, sipping beer with fish and chips, hanging at the Spitalfields market, taking the Tube like Londoners. Also we've visited agencies Mother London (Uber Eats, IKEA, KFC), Forsman & Bodenfors (Oatly, SK-II, Volvo), Mindshare (Ford UK, Apple Europe, Rolex) and TBWA\ (Apple, Adidas, PlayStation, Starbucks Europe).

Une petite soirée at the Bedford Hotel for 200, including 55 London-based USF alumni and 16 ZAP students. Cullen Jones was best dressed brand ambassador.

Dinner with 55 USF alumni who work in London from Google UK, World Rugby, more. Also the ZAP students staying in Brick Lane.

24 ZAP students (among 128 USF students from psych, health, English, etc) arrived this morning in London to begin 30 days of flats in Shoreditch, business trips, ad agency visits, art gallery tours, a private Buckingham Palace jaunt with selfies on the throne, oh dear, Chelsea FC talk, tickets to see Wicked in the West End, more, more, more.

They look pretty cute for walking zombies. Many had flights that left late and that overnight long haul is always a doozy. They'll all feel human again tomorrow, family and friends, don't worry! They're about to have the time of their lives.

Graduating Zappie Delaney Dean (the last of the freshman Covid cohort) was goofy-elated to see all the OOH advertising in Japan today. We are always goofy-elated by Delaney's work ethic, fun personality and energetic Delaneyness.

ZAP9 visited agency PPK yesterday. The agency president Garrett who serves on our advisory board greeted the students and spoke to them about advertising, clients and consumers. They also met vp of snuggles, Hercules.
