We're happy and honored to be hosting a Prodigy Cultural Arts Program AMRoC Fab Lab again this summer. Reflections with Relief Printing, held June 8-12 at AMRoC, is free to area youth, who will learn to use the multimedia resources at the Fab Lab, including shop tools as well as traditional arts supplies, to create block prints while learning life skills in the process. Learn more about Prodigy Arts in the story below, and register for the camp at https://amroctampabay.com/2026summerprograms/

Celebrating over two decades of success, Prodigy uses arts education to make a meaningful difference for young people in our community. Read the full 83 Degrees story bit.ly/48mHBqg

It's such a joy and honor to be part of the University of South Florida Introduction to Production Systems Certificate Program ! We wrapped up our portion of programming today with an exploration of industrial robotics and automation, with some hands on programming and teleoperation of our training robots, as well a completion of shop projects.

Huge thanks to guest speaker, and long time Foundation for Community Driven Innovation and AMROC Fab Lab community partner, Tony Selvaggio of ESmart Recycling , for sharing his entreprenerial journey with cohort members. Thank you, too, to Kaz and Liam, student members of our community robotics teams, Edgar Allan Ohms Robotics Team and FTC Team Duct Tape , for sharing their expertise in operation and CAD design with program participants, and to Mr. Topher, and Ms. Rachel for their program support.

And congratulations and best wishes to all the amazing IPS program participants on their career journeys as they complete the IPS program over the next few weeks!
