The scholarship covers the following costs:
-Tuition and fees (including summer

)
-Funds for textbooks and course materials
-Housing and meal plans for each semester

Unlike other scholarships, it provides additional
funds to cover other academic costs such as:
-Education abroad experiences
-Academic conference travel support
-Specialty equipment for course work
-Funds for research internships
