My sweet Gisele helping me harvest from our the other day...these tomato plants have produced long after we expected. The effort we put in at the beginning while planting was well worth the work. I am hoping that the planting season I am currently in with my little ones will do the same...produce an over abundance long after the seed has been planted. 🌱

Happy 9 months sweet Elias!!! 🎉🎊🎈As these months go by, there is a bitter sweetness to them. I’m so happy to have such a healthy baby, but I don’t want him to grow so quickly. The more he grows the more the reality sets in that this is my last baby...the last time I will nurse, the last time I will use the baby bathtub, the last time I make a baby purée and the list goes on. It’s such a strange feeling because I know it’s time to close the chapter on child-bearing. 😔🤷🏾♀️

Now that Eilan is five, we are officially sending our notice of intent to homeschool to our school district. It’s been a long time coming and I am experiencing a range of emotions. My approach will likely include a few different philosophies, but I am excited about the ‘s The Well Trained Mind. It’s going to give me direction on curriculum construction going forward.
