Dance in your living room, eyes closed, no camera, and let yourself move freely. You might surprise yourself.
I dont know who needs to hear this, but you can just vibe in your living room.
Not every sesh has to be an intense training. It can just be you dancing because it feels good. 🩵

This was actually my first time trying this. 😂
Dance, move, workout, run, jump. Do it all while you can. Dont ever take advantage of what you have today as tomorrow is never promised.
5 years ago I graduated with my bachelor's so when clients ask, "what are your credentials" I can tell them I have a BA in Health Science and I'm NASM Certified so they take me seriously and give me m$ney.
All jokes aside it actually has helped. I work with a lot of seniors in person and I get asked about my credentials frequently.
This allows me to charge more without guilt.
You dont need a degree or even a certification to be a great personal trainer or own your business, but it certainly helps.
I also went to school dead set on becoming a marine biologist. I decided in my LAST year of college that I didnt want that anymore and switched to health science.
You're allowed to change your mind. 😌
I guess another perk of having all my science classes/ pre reqs is that I can always go back to get my masters, PhD or AS and it will take less time.
So in my honest opinion college isn't a total waste. Don't make your decisions based off all the noise you hear from others. If it makes sense for you then go for it.
