🎓✨ SENIOR SPOTLIGHT — JULIANNA SPATARO ✨
Today we celebrate Julianna — our very first graduating senior from the DDA East Lake location! 💙🌟

Although Julianna joined the DDA family a little over a year ago, the impact she has made on our East Lake studio has been so meaningful. In her short time with us, she shared that her dancing improved immensely, she built wonderful friendships, and had the opportunity to learn from instructors who helped inspire her growth and love for dance.

Julianna says the bonds and friendships she created at DDA are memories she will carry with her forever. 🌟And that is exactly what dance is all about — finding your people, building confidence, and creating a second home inside the studio walls.

She also shared that the supportive environment, encouragement, and strong training at DDA helped shape both her growth as a dancer and her passion for performing.

As Julianna heads off to college, she plans to carry the lessons, friendships, and memories from DDA with her into this exciting next chapter of life. We know she is going to do amazing things and continue to grow wherever life takes her. ✨

Julianna, thank you for being part of the beginning of our East Lake story. You will always hold such a special place in DDA history as our first East Lake graduating senior, and we could not be more proud of you. Congratulations on this incredible milestone! 🎓💙

Today we celebrate the incredibly talented Caroline Wilson! 💙🌟

For the past 12 years, Caroline has grown up at DDA through every part of our studio — from our recreational dance program, to competition team, to shining in our musical theatre program over the years. And in recent years, she’s even taken her passion beyond our studio walls by leading her high school musical productions. 🌟

Caroline shared that Dawson Dance Academy gave her a strong foundation of dance skills that will continue to help her as she pursues her future career in the performing arts.

One of her sweetest memories was after one of her very first recitals when she ran off stage, hugged her mom and said, “I want to do it again!” 🥹✨ And honestly… that moment perfectly describes Caroline’s love for performing.

Through her years at DDA, Caroline says she learned to always be herself and to stay resilient — qualities that will take her so far in life and on stage.

This fall, Caroline will be pursuing her BFA in Musical Theatre, and we could not be more proud of her. 🎭💙 Watching her confidence, dance skills and talent grow throughout the years has been such a joy for our DDA family.

Caroline, thank you for sharing your heart, talent and love of performing with all of us over the last 12 years. We know this is only the beginning for you, and we cannot wait to watch your story continue. 🌟
