This is my/our LinkTree. It has links to our Amazon list which is mostly updated from events with Helene and necessary things in preparation for winter (you can sort high to low priority).
We *think* that with the recent hours due to a coworker who couldn't make it in (Prayers for her as she is in Asheville) we will be able to order the Generator within two weeks.... If you want any further information/explanation or such let us know.
You will also find our Venmo/Paypal links as well as the links for the Numerology Journals & Books - January will be available by the end of this month (along with launch of Ilyana Hanok).
Thank you.

As I work on the journal that needs to get completed I can't help but think of The Gatlinburg Farmers Market and the work to be done especially in prep for the 2024 Market Opening Day: May 18th.
As those thoughts arise it seems I find myself reading quotes for the journal that are about seeds, gardens, God, and in many ways the beauty of life.
This is one such quote I just came across when researching July 15th!
Whether you look at it as God or the Divine there is, I know, truth in this quote.
What do you think?

I had so many plans for 2023... and I did get started on some of them....
Well, launches as I was reminded while I worked on the Stripe, AWeber, & other things may be best when delayed. This wasn't what I was expecting or wanting but realizing it is what is necessary.
So...

The Daily Journals will continue to be available for each month in 2024. Starting to work on the March workbook next week! January and February have been published and are available. It looks like I should have 1-2 places initially to put a few as well which is great news.

Daily Numerology and Today's Tidbits will return in January.
Classes will not be starting till the 3rd session of 2024 (7/8/2024) as far as offering courses myself. I am scheduled a class Spring term at HCC but am not counting on it given the past year.
this year has brought a lot of forward movement even as it has brought hopes & plans having to change quite regularly. These upheavals are still ongoing but they are also approaching a precipice that should bring some relief come next year.

Sacred Life: October 3rd
Practices & Indigenous Sacred Traditions
Each group, each tradition, religion, spiritual community, cultural heritage that can be part of the category Indigenous has its own beliefs (and practices, communities). As such stating that Indigenous groups have the same way of worshipping or practices related to their understanding of the ultimate is a misnomer and inadequate. Yet here we are in a short introduction. Thus, we can seek to share some aspects of worship and practices that show up often.
Because Animism is fairly common among indigenous and tribal groups there are often going to be rituals that are related to animals. These rituals can appear as dances designed to honor a traditional story, call upon the spirit of the animal (or other natural thing) for something such as healing, to be reminded of important lessons, or to prepare for a hunt. Offerings to the item (animal, tree, mountain, etc.) or to a totem of it is also a way for followers to communicate with or receive messages. Other activities such as painting rock, barks, or oneself show up across many groups.
Rituals are formed around beliefs of the tribe (or any religion/culture). While beliefs vary, changes in the life cycle are commonly seen as sacred times. These include births, coming of age, marriages, becoming parents, becoming an elder, and death. These rituals, in addition to honoring spirits or deities, serve to connect the members of the community not just to each other at this moment but to members throughout time.
Lifecycle rituals are complimented by rituals often connected with the cycles of the sun, moon, planets, and seasons (growing/harvesting, hunting). These along with the stories of the beginnings of the tribe, when the tribe located to a particular area, or how the tribe learned certain activities (hunting, healing, planting, etc.) serve to repeat the drama of the primeval story.
There are countless rituals and practices across the tribes and indigenous groups. The REL 2300, Intro. to Religion, course at HCC we cover a handful of groups and practices. These will also be shared in the non-credit Intro course that will be available in January 2024.
Our next question in our quick intro is about community!
Caveat & Disclaimer – Life is Sacred. This is the belief and acknowledgement by me, this page/group/course. You have the Free Will to or not to accept, believe, follow, or participate in the information & activities provided.
