Amazing Explorers Academy Citrus Park

In observance of Memorial Day, Amazing Explorers Academy will be closed on Monday, May 25. 🇺🇸
This day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are grateful for their service and dedication.
We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday. We hope all of our families have a safe and meaningful holiday weekend. ❤️💙

Our Under the Sea VPK Prom was a great success! The kids danced, played and snacked and had the best time celebrating their year! Thank you to all the VPK teachers, especially Ms. Mariam who helped create this amazing event for the kids, and also to Ms. Alli and Ms. Tara for helping with set up and making things run smoothly!!

Our afterschoolers did a great job setting up and manning the fruit and vegetable table at our Farmers Market!

Happy Earth Day 🌎! Today our students in all classes did various activities to celebrate the importance of sustaining our planet and helping to keep it clean and healthy! Students planted flowers and plants, recycled trash, and learned about ways to keep our earth clean and be respectful of all living things.

For Family Fun Friday our VPK A class celebrated with a Pancake Breakfast. Our families enjoyed breakfast with the children and got to stay for show and tell with items that start with our letter of the week “X” Thanks to all who joined us!

This week we celebrate Week of the Young Child. Today was music Monday in the after school kids got creative by decorating and making their own guitars. After crafting we turned up the fun and played rock band, letting everyone rock out and show off their musical style. It was an afternoon full of creativity, movement, and lots of smiles.

What if your child’s playtime was actually preparing them for the future? 👀✨

That’s exactly what happens with STEAM learning.

STEAM = Science + Technology + Engineering + Arts + Math
But for preschoolers, it looks like:
