We’re bringing The Real Food Academy experience to Carrollwood Day School! 👩‍🍳🍓

Our after-school cooking program gives students the chance to get hands-on in the kitchen, try new foods, build confidence, and learn practical skills they can use for life.

Along the way, we’ll explore what Real Food really means, how it differs from ultra-processed food, and how simple ingredient choices can make a big difference.

🍓👩‍🍳 Week 9 • Day 5 — That’s a Wrap! ❤️

Today we officially wrapped up our very first Summer Camp season at The Real Food Academy Tampa!

What an incredible summer! From cooking from scratch and trying new foods to building confidence, making new friends and learning the difference between Real Food and Ultra-Processed Food—our young chefs learned skills they can take with them for life.

A huge THANK YOU to every family who trusted us and became part of our first summer in Tampa. ❤️

Summer Camp may be over, but this is only the beginning!
