Rant warning! Please help us! Hello Facebook friends, I have a major issue with our financial bank. We have used square for our nonprofit, Bubbles for Vets, for the past 6 months. Last month they froze our account, so we could neither pay our bills or receive any donations. It took a week to get them unfrozen and I still have no idea why it was done. The help desk will not tell me. Now, as of Sunday morning they have deactivated our account. Yes folks, our entire account with square is not only frozen, but it’s missing money! We just had a very successful fundraiser a few weeks ago, and we raised over $4,000 dollars. I am looking at the account right now, and there is only $2,850.72 in the total balance. There’s almost $2k missing! I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them this morning and they will not give me any answers. They won’t tell me why the account was frozen, why the account was deactivated or why it will take 19 days before the funds are transferred to our bank account. I am supposed to make reservations and put money down for our next disabled veteran family, and I have $0 money to operate. Square has stolen money and frozen the money we have raised, and now they are affecting our ability to help our veteran families. They are clearly anti nonprofit, and what’s worse, they are anti veteran. With no explanation, they have frozen everything. Please help spread the word and maybe someone can answer the question, WHY?
