❤️🖤 Meet Your School Counselor — Ms. Terry Watson! 🖤❤️

We are excited to introduce Ms. Terry Watson, our School Counselor at Robles Elementary! With more than 10 years of experience, Ms. Watson is dedicated to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and career development of every Robles Eagle.

Ms. Watson serves as a leader, advocate, and supporter for our students and families. Through individual and small-group counseling, academic achievement support, college and career readiness, Unity Day, Red Ribbon Week, grief support, and more, she works to create a safe and welcoming space where every student can thrive.

Whether students need a safe place to talk, encouragement for success, support through a challenge, or resources for their family, Ms. Watson is here to help!

We are so thankful to have Ms. Watson supporting our Robles Eagles during the 2026–2027 school year!

🦅❤️🖤🤍 Please join us in giving a warm Robles Elementary welcome to Mr. Tibbs! ❤️🖤🤍🦅

We are excited to welcome Mr. Tibbs to the Robles Elementary family as one of our new VE Teachers!

Mr. Tibbs began his career in education in 2021 as a long-term substitute teacher. After taking time to complete graduate school, he returned to the classroom in 2023 as a 5th Grade ESE Teacher. He later moved from Pensacola to Tampa, where he taught as a 6th Grade VE Teacher before joining the Robles family.

Here’s a little about Mr. Tibbs:
🏃‍♂️ Former athlete who enjoys staying active
👟 Member of a local run club and completed his first marathon this past March
💪 Looking forward to taking on a Hyrox fitness competition later this year
🎨 Self-taught artist
📚 Currently developing his own graphic novel series

Mr. Tibbs brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for helping students grow, and we are thrilled to have him as part of our Eagle family. We know he is going to make a positive impact on our students and school community!

We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Ventura to the Robles Elementary family as our new Kindergarten Teacher!

With 14 years of teaching experience, Ms. Ventura brings a passion for helping young learners grow and thrive. She is bilingual in English and Filipino and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education as well as a Master of Education with a specialization in English Language. Her dedication to education and love of learning will be an incredible asset to our Kindergarten team and our Eagles!

Here’s a little about Ms. Ventura:
🌎 Loves traveling and exploring new places
🌍 Enjoys learning about and sharing different cultures
🏖️ Loves spending time at the beach
🍽️ Enjoys trying new foods and restaurants

We are incredibly proud to announce that Robles Elementary increased our C by an amazing 25 points! 🎉📈

This incredible growth reflects the hard work happening throughout our school every single day! We are celebrating:
