From player to coach — this right here is what it’s ALL about! 🙌🏾

Seeing this young man standing before me wearing a college football staff polo hits different. I remember coaching him on these very fields, pushing him, believing in him, watching him grow not just as a player but as a MAN. 💪🏾

Now he’s out here coaching at the college level AND coming BACK HOME to his community to pour into the next generation. That’s the full circle moment coaches dream about. 🔄

This is bigger than football. This is legacy. This is impact. This is what happens when you take everything poured into you and POUR IT BACK. 💧
To the thousands of young men I’ve had the honor of coaching over the years — this is my challenge to you:

Give back. In BIG ways. In small ways. However you can.

Your community needs you. The next generation is watching and WAITING on YOU.
