The World Cup has come and gone, but the interest in soccer has remained.

While we will continue to help children in a small group settings develop their abilities in soccer, at Franz Soccer we are also going to start helping adults!

Would you, as a parent, like to understand the mechanisms of how things work? The practical physics behind a footballer's actions? Or do you just want to understand the coaching perspective; how to set up for a match, how to change your team in relation to the opposition and more? Or are you interested in learning how to coach?

Franz Soccer has openings for the summer! If you have a child who wants to train during the off months with friends, we are available 4-5 PM Monday-Thursday and Weekends by request.

Minimum 3 athletes, maximum of 7. Train with a B licensed coach and see your child develop.

The school year is ending and summer is approaching. While Coach Joel will be obligated to Maclay/ASG's soccer camps during the days this summer, evenings and weekends are a great time to train with your friends!

If your child and his/her friends want to work on their soccer development before the next season kicks on, let us know. We'd be happy to help coordinate a schedule that works for you.

Finally, as parents of soccer players, we're wondering if any parents would like to learn the game. Not just the playing aspect, but tactics, playing styles and coaching. We're thinking of expanding who we work with and what we do, particularly if there are enough parents interested in it.

In one short year, Franz Soccer has grown into serving two weekly groups of soccer players in their development, semesterly training days at a local homeschool co-op, is planning for integration into local elementary schools and much more.

One of the greatest things about football, soccer to all you Americans, is that it is far more than just a sport to play.

At Franz Soccer, not only do you get high quality technical coaching, and monitored touches on the ball, but we also teach and encourage our children to understand how the game is played via spatial awareness and tactical understanding of different moments of the game: conveniently demonstrated by this awesome 7 year old.

It’s a beautiful morning on the east side of Tallahassee and Franz Soccer is ready for a day of passing to finish with The Gathering Oaks homeschool group for PE Day!
