"Suck it up." “Real men don’t cry.” Men need to know it is okay to have feelings. Asking for help is a sign of strength. Check on the men in your life. "Last night, I made a simple, but ultimately stupid and very costly mistake. I cleaned out an old medication box and set the bag of old medication aside for disposal later. Then forgot about it. My 1 year old GSD got into the bag and chewed up one of the bottles, ingesting a toxic dose of iron from an old iron supplement. My pet recently ingested a toxic level of iron, and he's now in serious danger."
