Once you’re in the room (or on screen), 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲.

Recruiters are listening for:

One simple way to structure strong answers is 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:

𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – what you did and the 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴 you used

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

A strong resume doesn’t just list 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦, it shows how 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗯.

Most employers use screening tools (ATS systems) and fast scans before a human ever reads your resume. That means 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳.
