So many times in our life we are told what we can or cannot do. I was told when I was 9, "You can't do that, you are a girl". I have lost count track of the times I was told what to do or what not to do. That is not okay! It is not our job to judge what a person can or can't do. We need to support each other and let us figure out our own limitations, not impose limiting beliefs upon someone.
