During Circle Time we reviewed the book Thunder Rose. After reviewing what the book was about/what happened in the book, as a class, we made a list of those things and categorized them by whether they could have been real, or whether they were more than likely an exaggeration, making the story a tall tale.

Skills used: Literature, Cognitive, Social (understanding what a tall tale is and what makes a story a tall tale; separating the possible things from the things that sound impossible/exaggerated).

☀️ HAPPY EASTER 🐣 Our gross motor skills took the lead! All of our chicks had a blast egg hunting. We appreciate all of our donations that made this day a success! Enjoy today, see you for PICTURE DAY tomorrow.

The sun has spoken ☀️ Social and emotional learning has bloomed like flowers. Making friends is such a skill! Littles use their cognitive abilities to create connections which means outside time is essential!

Hello friends! We’re back and busy! 🎊 Dragonflies are our Pre Kindergarten students and we are at the peek of our Kindergarten Club season 🤩 Today we painted our own planter cups and planted our special seeds. We will nurture and love these seeds until they sprout on Friday! Gardening encourages healthy eating, raises environmental appreciation while providing a unique learning experience.
