Bishop Ludden-Grimes Junior/Senior High School Bishop Ludden Junior/Senior High School was established in 1963 as a Catholic Diocesan co-educational school for students in grades 7-12.

A new addition to the Bishop Ludden Grimes community! 🏰💚
In April we celebrated the ribbon cutting of our brand-new Holy Grounds Outdoor Stadium Concession Stand! We’re excited to have this upgraded space ready to serve our students, families, and fans during outdoor events.
A special thank you to Father Dennis, a proud Ludden alumnus, for joining us and blessing the new concession stand. We’re grateful to everyone who helped bring this project to life!

We had a great day at BLG coming together for a special Wear Pink Cancer Fundraiser supporting the Delisa Kerwin Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The day started with our Alumni Game, followed by Girls Varsity Soccer and then Boys Varsity Soccer. ⚽️💗
Thank you to everyone who came out, wore pink, purchased shirts, donated, and supported this special cause. We’re grateful for everyone who helped make the day such a meaningful one for the BLG community!

On September 11, Monsignor James O’Brien passed away peacefully at Francis House in Syracuse, New York. From 1972 to 1975, Msgr. O’Brien served as Athletic Director, teacher, and counselor at Bishop Ludden High School. He then went on to serve as Superintendent of Parochial Schools for the Diocese of Syracuse from 1975 to 1982.

While the Bishop Ludden-Grimes community mourns his loss, we take comfort in knowing that Msgr. O’Brien lived a life of purpose, service, and deep faith. His dedication to Catholic education and to the students, families, and communities he served leaves a lasting legacy.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.

We gathered for our first Mass of the school year at Bishop Ludden Grimes and were blessed to welcome Bishop Lucia to our school community. He shared a message for the new school year and blessed us as we begin another year together.
Our Catholic identity is at the heart of who we are. Throughout the school year, we make time for prayer, reflection, and growing together in faith, reminding us that our education is about more than the classroom.
