🌞 June Float Notes are here! 🌊 Summer is starting to show up, calendars are filling fast, and this month we’re talking about carving out that much needed pause so you can actually enjoy the season ahead.
As Brené Brown reminds us:
“Stillness is not about focusing on nothingness; it’s about creating a clearing.”
🎶 Stasis Sound is now twice a month!! We’re excited to expand our Salt Room sound meditation experience with a second monthly offering.
Our usual Friday session will be held Friday, June 12th at 6pm, with special guest Tiesha McNeal covering while Allison Graff is away. Allison will then return for our new Thursday offering on Thursday, June 25th.
These sessions are a wonderful way to step out of the noise, quiet the mind, and reconnect through sound, breath, and awareness.
