Donovan Nichols is a professional speaker on the concepts of Pay it Forward (selfless service and civility), leadership development, organizational development, overcoming obstacles, and goal achievement. Donovan is a 2021 recipient of the 20 Under 40 award, which recognizes 20 leaders under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to their community. He worked at the University of Ne

vada Las Vegas, University of Georgia, and The University of Toledo in student involvement with student organizations, fraternities and sororities, leadership, and service programs. Donovan previously served as the International Co-Coordinator for Pay it Forward Day and a Board of Directors member for the Pay It Forward Foundation. He continues to inspire people to want to be better and do better in order to create a more positive and progressive society.
