Cakesational by Amy Specialty Cakes and Cupcakes for all Occasions I enjoy making cakes that are a little "out of the ordinary".

I have been decorating cakes for over 20 years, with some time off in between to let my kids get big enough not to stick fingers in frosting. Over the past couple of years I've been learning some of the "new" techniques and have been practicing on family and friends.
