We'll talk about gratitude practices, how shifting to a mindset of gratitude can generate deeper appreciation of life's little gems that we tend to otherwise overlook, how gratitude for lessons can transform otherwise challenging situations... and when it's ok to leave gratefulness to the side to process some of life's more difficult content!

will center
around the topic of spiritual bypassing - what does it truly look like to confront elements of our shadow - in contrast to running away, numbing, or living in denial?

And what about the dark, unsavory elements of what goes on around us, both in our immediate environments as well as globally? While looking at the darkness too long and too deeply can consume us...looking away entirely perpetuates the darkness through enabling while leaving us feeling disempowered.

I'm looking forward to this discussion in our co- collaborative circle... see you there!

will center around the topic of holding space for the self the while in the presence of difficult people 🤬

Where does compassion fit into the mix? What about anger, boundaries, forgiveness, nonchalance, engagement vs. estrangement? Do these notions perhaps fall onto an ever- shifting spectrum? A kind of moving target 🎯 that morphs like a situation- specific plasma?

Looking forward to this co- collaborative exchange. Maybe we'll even reflect upon some times in which WE were the difficult ones...🙈

The beauty of a sunset is so much more than meets the eye

In addition to the ineffable radiance and inexplicable connection to Divinity beyond the daily, concrete world - biological activations ignite when we take in our sun's daily departure

At the end of each day, our ancestors recognized the setting sun as a time of safety and relaxation, thus inviting more deeply attuned interpersonal connection, leisure, and recreation

This ancient biological imperative stems from a time when we were still fully in tune with the earth and her cycles - we knew that the sunset brought our natural predators to rest, and so our nervous systems responded in kind - and still do

Thank you, sunsets ☀️

Thank you, Mother Nature 🌱

Thank you to all those who seek deeper levels of peace, connection, and sublimation of heart and spirit ✨️
