🎮🖤💛 SHS ESPORTS WELCOMES GEORGIA SOUTHERN! 💛🖤🎮

Yesterday, our Swainsboro High School Esports Team had the opportunity to welcome eSports Coaches Ashley Woods & Alex Smith from Georgia Southern University – East Georgia Campus! 🦅🎓

They stopped by to meet with our players and share information about the opportunities available to students after high school, including college esports, scholarships, and continuing their education while staying involved in competitive gaming.

We truly appreciate Coach Woods and Coach Smith taking the time to speak with our students, answer their questions, and show them how their passion for esports can open doors beyond high school. 🎮➡️🎓

Experiences like this help our Tigers see that esports is more than just gaming—it can lead to college opportunities, scholarships, careers, and a future they may not have considered before!

A huge THANK YOU to the Coaches & Georgia Southern University – East Georgia Campus for investing time in our students! 🦅💙

Please note that while this covers our overall timeline, specific game dates and times are subject to change or reschedule as needed throughout the season.
Quick Highlights:
* Game Start Times: All regular matches begin at 4:00 PM.
* Season: Kicks off September 7th.
* Playoffs: Begin mid-November.
* GHSA State Final: Saturday, December 12th @ Bartow County Schools Esports Arena.

The Swainsboro High School Esports Fall Season is officially getting underway!

📅 Practice Begins: Monday, August 24th
⏰ Time: After school until 4:00 PM
📍 Location: Room A104

Esports team members, get ready to kick off another exciting season of competition, teamwork, and Tiger Pride! 🖤💛

Please make sure you have transportation arranged for pickup at 4:00 PM.

**Just to Certify we are in preseason practice mode and students will be getting out ! Once Fall Season Starts on September 7th we will be compete Monday-Thursday sometimes to 5pm-5:30pm at the latest.**

🎮🏆 END OF YEAR ESPORTS WRAP UP 🏆🎮

What a season it has been! This year our Esports team leveled up in every way possible — from intense matches and clutch plays to building teamwork, leadership, and friendships along the way.

We are so proud of every player who showed dedication, sportsmanship, and heart throughout the season. Whether it was after-school practices, tournament days, or celebrating big wins together, this team represented our school with pride. 💙🎮

Thank you to our players, parents, supporters, and everyone who cheered us on this year. Your support means everything!

As we close out this school years spring season, we’re already excited for what’s next. Bigger goals, stronger teamwork, and even more unforgettable moments are ahead.

We will also miss our Seniors that will be graduating this Year!
