Turkey breast from airfryer with vegetables.

Wash the breast and dry it with a paper towel. Turn on the air fryer at 375 degrees, heat it up for 5 minutes and place the turkey in it for exactly 27 minutes. You can add salt and spices if you wish, I didn't use any.

Vegetable salad: cucumber, tomato, olive oil, pumpkin seeds.

Marinated artichoke

Boiled broccoli.

Грудка индейки из аэрогртля с овощами.

Грудку помыть и просушить бумажным полотенцем. Аэрогриль включить на 375 градусов разогреть 5 минут и отправить в него турку ровно на 27 минут. При желании вы можете добавить соль и специи, я не использовала ничего.

Овощной салат: огурец,помидор,оливковое масло, семена тыквы.

Маринованный артишок

Отварная брокколи.

Air fryer omelette🍳

Ingredients:

💫 1 onion
💫 1 red pepper
💫 2 eggs
💫 cheese
💫 oil avocado spray

Recipe:

Fry onion and pepper in a frying pan, I use avocado spray for frying.

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees.

Beat two eggs with a fork.

Put the onion and pepper in the selected form, pour over the eggs and put in the convection oven.

Cooking time depends on the chosen form. the larger the shape, the longer it takes to bake.

Hello everyone ☀️
My love for cooking and proper nutrition does not exclude restaurants from my life, although I taste better at home😂😂😂
But my husband and I love beautiful and delicious places! Today we chose an interesting place in in the area

Nice atmosphere, modern interior, excellent service and perfect tableware (which I always pay attention to in restaurants) love the details💫💫💫

The evening left a pleasant aftertaste! I recommend visiting this lovely place to all foodies!
