🎉 The Homecoming Carnival is ON! 🎉

The rain can’t stop us today! We’re moving the festivities slightly to the front circle of Prairie Run Elementary to avoid some of the muddy field and open up additional parking, but the show must go on!

🎡 Carnival begins at 5:00 p.m.
👑 Homecoming Court will be announced in the stadium at 6:30 p.m.
🏈 Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m.

Come cheer on our undefeated, 6-0 Big Walnut Golden Eagles as they take on the undefeated, 6-0 Worthington Kilbourne Wolves!

We’ll see you tonight! Go Eagles! 🦅❤️💛

General Rosecrans' kindergarteners kept an eye on safety today! 👀

A visiting optometrist taught students about glasses, safety goggles, when protective eyewear is important, and the different parts of the eye. Sammy Safe Eyes even joined the lesson to help make learning about eye safety fun and memorable!

Thank you to our special guest for helping some of our youngest Eagles learn how to protect their eyes! ❤️💛

BWI celebrated Dolly Parton today, and Superintendent Ryan McLane stopped by to visit secretaries Mrs. Karyl and Mrs. Deanne, who were dressed in their Dolly best!

Since Dolly famously portrayed Truvy in the film adaptation of Steel Magnolias, today is also the perfect time to spotlight the upcoming Big Walnut High School Theatre production!

🐇 “Mr. McGregor’s Garden” Peter Rabbit Freeze Tag
🍇 “Don’t Have Sour Grapes” Vertical Grape Jump
