The application deadline for the Fall 2026 Full-Time LPN Program at CSLPNCC has been extended to June 5, 2026!

If you’ve been considering a future in nursing, there’s still time to apply.

Required application materials include:
• Completed application at csiu.org/LPN
• Brief statement of purpose
• Two letters of reference
• Official high school or GED transcript
• TEAS exam score

TEAS testing can be scheduled online through ATI at ATItesting.com/teas/register.
