Boiled the carbon deposits off the J32A3 pistons successfully. They are scored and I don't want to use them.

I am ill equipped and too inexperienced to comfortably do this. I shall set this J35A8 block aside for now.

I will aim to get a 2004-2006 J32 or J35 block, then put the J35A8 crankshaft, rods, pistons into it

That way I can have the older style engine/transmission bolt pattern, yet still retain the same displacement and compression ratio that the J35A8 has, allowing it to match well with handful of 2007-2008 Acura TL base AT ECUs that I reprogrammed with 2008 Acura TL Type S 6MT programming.

The older engine / transmission bolt pattern would allow me to utilize one of the many, J30 or J32 manual transmissions that I have that are in less demand.

That might prove to be beneficial later when I set up a 6th gen Accord with a J-series 6MT.

I don't have the ability to edit my posts as I am presently banned. How this guide should be most effectively used requires an additional write-up, along with pictures of components / transmissions that I do not own, nor have access to.

This guide in it's present state was intended to be beneficial for those that were seeking out options for their 1st generation CR-V B-series 5MT AWD vehicles. Yes, this includes the foreign models, Civics, Integras, along with all the other wild crazy s**t that I've seen running these transmissions.

I will resume this guide at a later date.

Yeah idk wtf I'm doing. This will take time and practice. As well as some old friends of mine and some parties.

In the meantime, can someone help me with an engine? I need an 89mm bore J block (J32 / J35). Preferably one with the older transmission bolt pattern.

I've got a J35A8 rotating assembly. Can anyone help me out please?

There are 3 different part numbers for the RHD JDM S2000 brake master cylinder. Anyone know off hand of any differences that might exist between these? If I were to hazard a guess, it would be pertaining to the fittings and the wiring for the reservoir leveling sensor.
