Yesterday the Grand Prize went to all of those that made it on time for our early start. Monday mornings can be tough, but our coffee house vibe set by Jason and Kristin made getting up early well worth it.

Friday was Special Topics day.

We had fun “speed dating”, dancing, and conducting! Memories and progress were made! Thank you KET for the yummy cookies!

We only have three days left and time is simply flying by. We are so proud of everyone at FBKI!

Our newest Grand Prize winners are Jeffrey and Jacob! They are a trio of basses with Jason and killing it in choir each day. Way to go… our first participants to have won it twice!

Yesterday, Allison awarded the Grand Prize to the level 1 choral track musicianship cohort. They are killing it in class and we are all so proud!
AND we had a double birthday celebration for Kristin and Monica! Started the week with a dance party and donuts and a challenging fun song!

Our second “Grand Prize” was awarded yesterday! Kathy awarded Maryssa the honor for her willingness to talk through learning together. Bravo Maryssa!!

It’s June, and that means it’s time for FBKI! Time to meet our founder and program director, Ms. Julie Boettiger. She keeps us going!

It's almost time, so we need to meet another one of our phenomenal teachers! Allison Grider is one of our longest standing faculty members. Her teaching techniques make the room say "WOW!" and have changed the minds of many to the work of the Kodaly Method. FBKI is blessed to have Allison on staff with us!

Today, we introduce our Level 1&2 elementary pedagogy teacher, Hannah Rainwater! Hannah is a light for her students and her campus. Her love of making learning fun is contagious. She has a puppet and a book for any and all occasions!
