Did you know that turning 16 doesn’t automatically qualify you for a driver’s license? There are requirements set by the state of Texas that determines eligibility for a driver’s license. A student must be at least 16, hold a learner’s license for at least 6 months, complete required amount of classroom and driving hours, as well as a few more key items. Keep this in mind as you plan out your timeline for receiving your driver’s license!
